How to apply?
After this, a selected few will be notified regarding the further details of the summit.
On what basis are the applicants being selected?A lot of thought, effort and logic has been put in to come up with the application form which has a number of subjective and objective questions. These questions have been framed in such a way that it will lead us to an insight into the comprehensive and expressive abilities of the applicant and other aspects to judge them. We would look into how well the applicant has COMPREHENDED the question, FRAMED the answer and further EXPRESSED his/her opinion within the restricted word limit. The basic content of the answer will help us know the leadership potential and managerial proficiency of the applicant, though this will NOT be one of the grounds of judging. The selection process will also include the personality analysis of the applicants which will be done with the help from the teachers of the HR and Psychology department of DU. All this information that we derive about the applicant by deductive and analytic logic based on the answers, along with the resumes sent in will help us know how our sessions will help them and consequentially select the 60 undergraduates for this Summit.
How much does it cost to attend? The fee for attending the summit is Rs. 300. The fee includes the Lunch and Tea for all three days along with a comprehensive Participants Kit.
